The man charged with the murder of a pregnant Windsor woman made a brief appearance in court by video Wednesday morning.
Matthew Brush, 26, has been charged with first degree murder of Cassandra Kaake, 31, who was seven months pregnant.
The lawyer was waiting for disclosure and the case was put over until next week.
Brushes lawyer, Ken Golish, says he expects the disclosure will be handed over in "phases" in Kaake murder investigation.
Golish says "I won't comment" on how Brush is fairing in jail.
Kaake was found dead in her home on Benjamin Avenue on Dec. 11 after a fire.
Windsor police allege Brush acted alone. Police are not looking for more suspects.
Brush, from LaSalle, is also charged arson with disregard for human life, arson causing property damage, possession of incendiary material for arson, break and enter, and indecent interference with a dead body.
