Windsor police are seeking the public’s help in identifying two people seen in surveillance video close to the site of an alleged arson.
Police say the pair might have witnessed what happened at the scene of a fire at St. Vincent de Paul on May 25.
The fire at the store on Wyandotte Street East originated in the rear of the building. Police say a couch leaning against the rear door of the business was set on fire.
They have released a video of the two people and are asking anyone with information to contact them.
