A 53-year-old Windsor man is still in hospital, in critical condition after an industrial accident on Friday.
Meantime, the company he was working for has been issued orders by the Ministry of Labour.
On Friday morning, a worker fell through the roof at the Goodlife Fitness location on Dougall Avenue.
Janet Devine, with the Ministry of Labour, says they're still investigating but they have already issued five orders and four requirements to Rauth Roofing.
The orders are for adequate installation of a floor cover, a section of guardrails, securing an access ladder and installing bump lines.
Plus, they are required to have a health and safety rep at the site.
The other requirements were issued for documentation.
