The Ministry of Labour has issued three work orders after a man died in an industrial accident in Tecumseh on Wednesday.
The 51-year-old man was struck by a large steel beam while working at R.J. Cyr Company Inc., according to Essex County OPP.
On Thursday, the ministry inspector returned to the site and issued the following three orders to the employer:
-Provide documentation;
-Provide written measures and procedures related to the clamping of conveyor clamps; and
-To safely store materials.
The ministry says the investigation remains ongoing.
