Windsor fire officials say careless smoking caused a fire at a south Windsor home.
Crews were called to 1305 Hanson Cres. for working fire. It was soon upgraded, but all people made it out safely.
Damage was estimated at $90,000.
Fire officials say there was extensive damage to the upper rear portion of the duplex.
An investigator attended the scene.
