Windsor Fire and Rescue Services is investigating an overnight fire which sent an adult to hospital.
Crews were called out to 1379 Victoria Avenue around 2 a.m. Tuesday.
The injuries are believed to be non-life-threatening. Fire officials say the person is being treated for smoke inhalation and minor burns.
Investigators believe the fire started in the living room, causing $150,000 damage.
