It was a scary landing for a Leamington pilot after his single engine plane flipped over while landing Thursday evening.
Fire officials say the crash occurred around 5 p.m. in Leamington.
Chief Chuck Parsons says the plane was almost brought to a stop when one of the tires hit the mud beside the runway and the plane flipped landing on its roof.
The pilot was taken to hospital as a precaution and the OPP are investigating the crash.
