There's labour peace at Windsor's Integram as hundreds of Unifor Local 444 members voted in favour of a tentative agreement Sunday.
Sixty-four per cent of unionized members voted in favour of the tentative agreement.
"There's a lot of great benefits to this collective agreement," says one worker.
The new three year agreement includes just under $5,000 in yearly lump sum payments, increased benefits, paid long term disability and retirement packages.
If workers rejected the tentative agreement, a strike would occur 12:01 a.m. Monday.
Integram seating makes seats for Chrysler.
The agreement ends in 2016.
