Talk about honesty.

Jenn Zojac was about to clean a guest room at the Days Inn in Windsor when she noticed someone left behind a purse.

"So I grabbed it to check for ID and there was no ID, but a ton of cash, so I brought it down to the front desk so we could get it to them before they left," says Zojac.

It was $4700 to be exact.

But the owner already left for Montreal.

"I was surprised that these people dd not call back. You'd think they'd call within 15 minutes or something but there was no phone call at all or anything," says Sandy Rainone, Desk Manager.

That's when Rainone called her boss.

He managed to get a hold of the rightful owners to come pick up the money.

However, they did not take back all $4700.

Zojac was given a reward for her honesty.

"Usually we'll find cell phones, radios, chargers, little things like that. Jewelry here and there but usually nothing too crazy," she says.

Rainone believes Zojac's honesty is a reflection of the entire hotel staff.

"Our staff is stellar. Always been at this hotel, so we're really proud of that," says Rainone.

As for Zojac, she says returning the money was an easy decision.

"I have two kids at home and I want them to know that they have to do good things, for good people. And they'll see that I want to be a good role model for my kids," says Zojac.
