Windsor police say five kids were sent to hospital after a school bus was involved in a collision on Provincial and 6th Concession roads in Windsor.
Police say there were 30 students on the bus, five have been sent to hospital with what seem to be minor injuries.
Police say the students were treated and released and none of will be admitted.
The students from Queen Victoria Public School and they were on their way to a field trip.
They were unloaded off the bus and transferred to another bus.
Police say it appears the bus had difficulty seeing the red light because there was snow packed into the cavity of the light.
The driver of the car and the bus driver were also sent to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police say the investigation is ongoing and charges are pending.
