Employees at CS Wind have ratified their first collective agreement.
The company's 335 employees voted 80 per cent in favour of the three-year deal.
The new contract includes a pay raise for employees, improved benefits, more vacation time and an increased number of holidays.
Company emplyees are represented by the Ironworkers Union Local 721.
