Windsor police are investigating after an elderly woman was reportedly struck in front of Windsor Regional Hospital's Metropolitan Campus.
A portion of Tecumseh Road East has been closed at Kildare Road as police look into the hit-and-run collision.
The elderly female was transported to hospital in critical condition.
