Chatham-Kent police say the body found near the courthouse Tuesday is that of missing man David Gordon Round.
Police say a dead body was discovered near the Chatham courthouse just before 8:30 a.m. Tuesday. Officers attending the scene confirmed the deceased as 29-year-old Round.
His body has been transported to University Hospital in London for a post-mortem. Foul play is not suspected at this time.
Round was last seen on Jan. 18, riding a bike in the area of Baldoon Road.
