TORONTO - Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne isn't taking the summer off.

With a new majority mandate after last night's election, Wynne says she wants to get back to work as soon as possible.

She says she'll bring back the legislature on July 2 and re-introduce the same budget that triggered the election.

She also says the committee examining the costly cancellation of two gas plants will continue its work.

But Wynne suggested she won't drop her $2-million lawsuit against Progressive Conservative Leader Tim Hudak for claiming she may have covered up the scandal.

The Tories lost 10 seats in the election, prompting Hudak to announce that he'll resign as leader as soon as the party chooses a replacement.
