According to the Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors, 2013 saw home sales jump compared to the previous year.

The association says 5,157 homes were sold by the end of 2013, that’s an increase of 5.09 per cent from 2012. Sale figures in December, while the lowest of the year, saw an 18 per cent increase compared to the same month in 2012.

The average sale price was $183,523, up 4.5 per cent from the previous year.
