Three Essex County men have been charged with extortion after allegedly taking money from temporary foreign workers in Leamington.
The OPP Criminal Investigation Branch have arrested and charged the men following a lengthy investigation that began in June, 2014.
As a result of the investigation, the men have each been charged with three counts of extortion.
Dudy Supriyadi, 39, from Leamington, Aji Suroto, 33, from Leamington and Nehwin Wanhar, 29, from Kingsville are the accused.
All three men are scheduled to appear for a bail hearing in Windsor Provincial Court on Friday to answer to the charges.
