A Tecumseh man has been fined $50,000, but faces no jail time in connection with a number of animal cruelty charges.
John Holland pleaded guilty to four of eight charges after authorities raided a farm on Manning Road last summer
Two ducks, two sheep and ten pigs were found dead on the farm - and one pig was found in such severe distress it had to be euthanized.
A number of other animals, including three horses, were malnourished.
The case against a co-accused - Eddie Blake - remains before the courts.
