A 40-year-old man has been arrested in London in connection to a Windsor bank robbery.
London police arrested Dana Reardon on Thursday on an arrest warrant for robbery and breach recognizance issued by Windsor police.
The robbery took place last Friday at the Scotiabank in the 1300 block of Ottawa Street.
Police say a man produced a note requesting cash. He had a brown coloured pouch with a zipper. He left the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash and went East on Ottawa from the front of the bank.
Windsor officers went London at 8 p.m. Thursday and took custody of Reardon. He was transported back to Windsor Police Headquarters and was lodged in cells.
