One person was taken to hospital with minor injuries following a gas leak fire in the Town of Essex.
Essex Fire crews from stations one and two were called to a residence in the 200 Block of Thomas St around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Flames could be seen at the side of the home but were quickly brought under control.
Officials say one person sustained minor injuries and was taken to hospital.
Damage is estimated to be $15,000.
