Lindsay Charlton joined CTV Windsor in 2020 as a web writer.

She grew up in Belle River and returned to Windsor-Essex in 2019 where she worked as a reporter for the Windsor Star after living in Toronto.

Lindsay moved to Toronto in 2010 where she attended Ryerson University. After completing her Bachelor of Arts degree in English she worked in the non-profit sector.

A long-time news junkie with a deep interest in people and current events and issues, she went back to school in 2018 to obtain her post-graduate diploma in Journalism at Humber College.

Lindsay is excited to assist in the digital drive online and tell the stories that impact the community she calls home.

When she’s not working, Lindsay enjoys traveling, trying new foods, burying her head in a good book, art and music, and spending time with friends and family.
