A jury has been chosen and the murder trial of a Leamington man will begin Tuesday morning.
Andrew Cowan, 45, is charged with first degree murder. He is out on bail after pleading not guilty.
He was charged more than two years after a crash in Leamington on October 21, 2012.
Edward Witt, 53, died of his injuries after the car he was in went airborne at the intersection of Talbot West and Oak Street. The car landed on the second floor of the garage at the corner.
A jury of 10 women and two men was selected Monday morning in Superior Court, one day ahead of schedule.
The jury will begin to hear evidence at 10 a.m. Tuesday.
