The Kingsville fire chief has been charged with sexual assault following an investigation by Essex OPP.
The major crime unit became involved after allegations of sexual assault against a minor.
Robert Kissner, 60, of Kingsville, has been charged with two counts of sexual assault and two counts of sexual exploitation.
Kissner was to attend a bail hearing Sunday.
