Final arguments were heard today in the attempted murder trial of Kenneth Kormendy.
The 44-year-old Kormendy is charged with eight offences, including three counts of attempted murder, following a fire on Balfour Boulevard in Windsor last October.
A 7-year-old girl suffered serious burn injuries on 15 per cent of her body.
Court heard she still has limited movement in her hands and feet, and will live with scars on her face for the rest of her life.
Kormendy has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Judgement in the case will be handed down on Nov. 21.
