A 24-year-old Harrow man is charged with dangerous driving and impaired driving after a horrific crash on County Road 42 last month.

Police were called to the multiple-vehicle collision on Jan. 23 at 4:30 p.m. in 3200 block of County Road 42. 

The fiery crash was captured by the surveillance video at Lube Plus. The owner and several others rushed out to help the people involved in the crash.

Police say investigation revealed that a man driving a black Ford F-150 was travelling westbound on County Road 42.

He was allegedly driving at high rate of speed forcing motorist off the roadway onto the gravel shoulder. 

The vehicle veered into the eastbound lane and collided into another vehicle.  There were four vehicles involved in this collision as a result of this impact.  

The driver of the black Ford F-150 was transported to hospital along with all other people involved in the collision.

Police say through the investigation, officers found that his ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol and he was placed under arrest. 

One of the people involved sustained serious, but not life-threatening injuries.

Kyle St. Denis, 24 is charged with dangerous driving, impaired driving causing bodily harm and  having over 80mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood causing bodily harm.
