The frigid weather is hanging on as Environment Canada has issued another extreme cold warning in Windsor and Essex County.
Chatham-Kent is also under an extreme cold warning.
The forecaster says a period of very cold wind chills is expected. A frigid arctic air mass will combine with light to moderate winds to produce wind chill values between -30 Celsius and -35 C overnight and early Friday morning.
