A former Windsor gymnastics coach accused of luring is facing five additional charges related to a second alleged victim.
Carson Miles Dickie, 31, faces a total of nine charges and was granted bail in a Windsor court on Friday.
New charges include invitation to sexual touching, sexual interference, sexual assault, sexual exploitation, sexual assault, sexual exploitation and communicating for facilitating.
Dickie was previously charged with abduction of a person under 14, luring a person under the age of 16 for the purpose of abduction, luring a person under the age of 14 for the purpose of invitation to sexual touching and invitation to sexual touching under 16 years of age.
He has been released on $10,000 bail with many restrictions. He has to reside with his sureties, dad and stepmother in Tecumseh. He can’t be outside of his residence between midnight and 6 a.m., except for medical emergencies, or if he is travelling between work and school.
He is not to have any form of contact with the alleged victims and he is also restricted from having a number of witnesses. He’s not to be within 25 metres of the alleged victim. He can’t be in contact with anyone male or female under the age of 16, unless he’s with his sureties. He can’t be on a playground, school ground and playground, unless he’s with his sureties, and his father will monitor his phone activity.
He’ll be back in court on July 28 to obtain review disclosure.
The abduction and luring charges came after he allegedly developed a relationship with a 12-year-old Amherstburg girl.
He was arrested on June 12 in Amherstburg.
Winstars Gymnastics director Carey Vigneux told CTV News Dickie had been a coach with their organization, but he was terminated after they received information about the first set of charges.
