DETROIT -- Fireworks are planned next month as part of an annual celebration along the Detroit River.
Organizers say the Ford Fireworks are scheduled for June 22 at 10:06 p.m. EDT.
The event attracts hundreds of thousands of spectators along the water in Detroit and Windsor.
Ford Motor Co. has served as the event's title sponsor since 2013.
Ford will also be hosting "Focus on Freedom" at the fireworks for the second year.
The event honours more than 250 active and retired U.S. military veterans.
