The all new Chrysler Pacifica is fresh off the line at Windsor Assembly.

FCA Canada spokeswoman Louann Gosselin tells CTV News they have been building the all-new Pacifica for several months and continue to ramp up production. But she won't confirm that these vans are heading to dealerships.

“Our first priority is ensuring that we're building the highest quality vehicle possible for our customers," says Gosselin.

FCA confirmed today the new minivan will hit showroom floors in the Spring.

Chris Paniccia, a manager at Racicot Chrysler, says the as of today, you can order one of the new minivans. As for the price? That’s still unknown.

“We'll call them as soon as we get the pricing. We'll call them and say, you ordered a Pacifica, here's your pricing,” Paniccia says, adding “Hopefully there's no sticker shock.”

Auto analysts are predicting the price point will be similar to – or just slightly above the cost of a town and country. The Pacifica will eventually replace that model -- the upscale version of the Dodge Grand Caravan.

More than 14 million minivans have been sold since the plant began production in 1983, with more than 6 million currently on the road today, according to FCA.
