A 36-year-old Essex man was charged with impaired driving after police say he was weaving across a Harrow road.
Essex County OPP officers stopped the vehicle travelling northbound on Essex County Road 13 on Thursday at 11:40 p.m.
Officers say the 2002 Ford Windstar had forced another oncoming vehicle onto the shoulder and was weaving from shoulder to shoulder.
The driver allegedly exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested at the scene.
Mark Ashton, 36, was charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and failing to provide a breath sample.
He will appear in a Windsor court on Oct. 15.
