Windsorites shed their coats and jackets and got out and enjoyed the nice weather on Monday.
"Yeah! finally, it's about time!" "I was counting the days.. I enjoy walking at lunchtime so grabbing a bite to eat is fun." said an excited Windsor woman eating her slice of pizza at noon.
"A good day is always a good day for us so we don't have to wear all this paraphernalia so we survive," said Marcia Atkins, a Windsor crossing guard.
Unfortunately, the party looks like it will end starting Tuesday.
Temperatures will drop slightly, with showers scheduled for the rest of the week.
