It was a frightening wake up call Saturday morning for some tenants of a downtown Windsor apartment building.

Fire crews were called to 333 Glengarry Avenue building around 8 a.m.

The blaze broke out in a single unit on the fourth floor.

Two people were inside at the time but both got out safely.

Thirty other tenants were evacuated.

Smoke and water damage to the unit and building is pegged at $150,000.

The cause is listed as accidental.
