Windsor police have laid two attempted murder charges after a woman allegedly tried to run down a pair of men with her car.
Shortly after 3 a.m. an altercation took place between a man and a woman near Wyandotte and Ouellette.
After the altercation ended, man left with with a friend of his on foot.
The two men were walking southbound through the parking lot located on the west side of Pelissier, south of Wyandotte.
That's when witnesses say the woman entered her car and drove directly at both men at a high rate of speed.
Both were struck by the car and had to be taken to hospital. One man was treated for non life threatening injuries and released.
The other suffered severe head trauma and is in serious condition.
Deanna Anne Gamblin, 25, of Windsor was arrested without incident at the scene and remains in custody.
The investigation continues.
