A Windsor man accused of plotting an elaborate scheme to abduct and murder two young women made a short court appearance today.
Peter Bandulj, 27, is charged with two counts of conspiracy to commit murder and three counts of conspiracy to commit an indictable offence.
His case was put over until Aug. 26.
Bandulj was arrested after police say an investigation revealed an elaborate plan to abduct and murder a 17-year-old girl and a 20-year-old woman, both from Windsor.
The investigation started on July 23, after a posting by the suspect was intercepted by an undercover officer.
