The number of homes for sale in Windsor-Essex was on the rise in July, however sales are down slightly compared to last July.
The number of listings for July was up 8.39% compared to last July according to the Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors.
A total 617 homes were sold last month, which is down by 2.68%.
However, the average price of a home continues to be higher.
In July 2017 the average price was $255,688. Last year it was $233,948.
