Windsor fire officials have confirmed a natural gas explosion started in the basement of a house in east Windsor.
The damage at 1452 Francois is estimated at $150,000 after the fire on Wednesday.
The blaze also impacted neighbouring homes. Damage is pegged at $110,000 at 1456 Francois and $5,000 to 1446 Francois.
The cause is still under investigation.
Seven people displaced due to the explosion. There were no injuries.
