Essex County OPP say an investigation has determined no charges are warranted in a crash that killed a 25-year-old McGregor woman last month.
Nicole Rogers was pronounced dead at the crash scene near Harrow, Ont., on Jan. 29.
The collision between a 1998 Ford Contour and a 2010 Dodge Ram pickup truck closed Walker Road at Concession 5 for several hours. Police say Rogers was driving the Countour.
The driver of the Ram, a 44-year-old man from Harrow, was transported by EMS to Leamington District Memorial Hospital with minor injuries.
