Windsor police are investigating a shooting that took place at around 3:15 a.m. Sunday in the 1200 block of Parent Avenue.
Police tape remains wrapped around the home.
Police say two people are in hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
CTV Windsor reporter Melissa Nakhavoly witnessed police search a black car parked on the street directly in front of the house. Police removed a child’s car seat from the vehicle.
Witnesses say they awoke to screaming as well as loud bangs.
One of the witnesses, who did not want to be identified, was in shock. "... I saw a man shooting at some people who were running away from him in the middle of the street."
Police have given few details, but no charges have been laid yet.
