Dave Van Kesteren has been re-elected in Chatham-Kent-Leamington.
The Conservative incumbent defeated Liberal Katie Omstead, NDP Tony Walsh and Mark Vercouteren from the Green Party.
It will be his fourth term.
Van Kesteren says he was encouraged to run again after taking some time to mull it over. He's been part of the federal finance committee and comes from a large family, with 8 grown children of his own and 33 grandchildren.
