Early bargaining has led to a three-year collective agreement for workers at Hiram Walker and Sons.

More than 130 production and skilled trades workers voted 75 per cent in favour of the deal about a week ago.

The contract, negotiated by CAW Local 2027, include items like impovements to benefits.

Members will also receive a lump sum payment in lieu of a wage increase.

The current contract was set to expire in January.
