Environment Canada is changing its tune for this upcoming winter season.
Senior Climatologist David Phillips says Windsor and all of Southwestern Ontario can expect a combination of last winter – which was almost cancelled – and the previous two winter’s which went down as some of the coldest on record.
Phillips also tells CTV Windsor it won’t be too hot or too cold in the region.
The temperatures so far this week have been above average but Phillips says they are expected to return to seasonal around Remembrance Day.
