The president of the University of Windsor is looking for a two year contract with a wage freeze from faculty.
In his annual address, Alan Wildeman said more than half the campus employees have accepted a similar wage freeze since 2008.
He adds it's necessary to help control the school's budget.
The contract with the more than 500 faculty expires before July and he's hoping to begin talks in the spring.
