Hundreds marched through downtown Windsor today to honour those who gave the ultimate sacrifice.
The Royal Canadian Legion and HMCS Hunter hosted a parade at Dieppe Gardens. It then made its way down Ouellette Avenue before concluding at the cenotaph for a ceremony.
Parade Marshall Ted McDowell says the event was held today to give everyone a chance to take part in a Remembrance Day service, given that many will be working on Friday, November 11th.
