A few new craft brewing facilities in Windsor are getting ready to open their doors to the public.
Brew is located at 635 University Ave. E and Craft Heads is at 89 University Ave. W. Both facilities are new to Windsor’s craft beer scene.
Brew owners Jordan Goure and Joshua Goure say they wanted to create a craft brewery that spoke to the everyday beer drinker.
"Our product research has shown us that while craft beer is riding a wave right now, ultimately, people are passionate about drinkability,” says Joshua Goure. “That's what Brew is all about, your go-to beer.”
Brew's signature creation, Proper Lager, is already available on draft at a number of local eateries. It is brewed and bottled in a refurbished original Windsor factory on University Avenue.
The brothers call the beer flavorful, yet smooth.
Brew is opening Thursday night and Craft Heads is scheduled to open in January.
