More than 100,000 food items collected in Cans for a Cause 2024

This year’s Cans for a Cause fundraiser was the most successful to date as crews gathered more than 100,000 food items for St. Vincent de Paul.
The annual event is held by AM800 News, 93.9 Virgin Radio, Pure Country 89 and CTV News Windsor. Volunteers collect non-perishable food and money for St. Vincent.
A grand total of 109,717 food items were donated, alongside $43,609.20 in cash, supporting those in the community that need it most.
