The Ministry of Labour has been called to investigate after a man was struck in the head with a piece of steel.
Emergency crews responded to a workplace accident at Coco Paving in the 400 block of Little Baseline Road in Lakeshore Monday afternoon.
The worker was taken to hospital.
Provincial police say the injuries were non-life threatening.
