WINDSOR, ONT -- Harrow may soon be getting its first retail pot store.
Essex Council received a cannabis application for 6 King St. East.
There was some concern expressed at council about the store’s proximity to a youth centre.
Councillor Sherry Bondy however argues that more retail is needed to develop the town.
