A young Windsor man who was killed in Lakeshore last week will be laid to rest on Friday.
Marcus Pierce, 18, was fatally injured in Belle River during an altercation involving several people on Thursday night.
He leaves behind a young son Marcus Jr.
Morris Sutton Funeral Home is hosting the visitation on Thursday, from 2 p.m. – 5p.m. and 7p.m. - 9 p.m.
The visitation will continue on Friday at Windsor Christian Fellowship, 4490 Seventh Concession Rd, Windsor from 9 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m.
A 17-year-old Lakeshore male has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder and two counts of assault causing bodily harm. He will appear in court on July 27 to set a date for a bail hearing.
