An investigation is underway into the cause of an east end apartment fire Friday morning.
The fire broke out in a vacant third floor unit of the building at 2930 Wildwood Dr.
The building was evacuated for a few hours while crews knocked down the fire.
Damage is estimated at $200,000 for the apartment where the fire broke out, and another $15,000 in water damage to the apartment below.
No one was injured.
An investigator remained on scene for much of the day.
