A Chatham-Kent man, accused of threatening to blow up Parliament, remains in custody Monday after appearing in a Chatham court for a bail hearing.
David Osterbrook, 49, was denied bail, but he'll have another chance to leave custody after a re-scheduled bail hearing Tuesday.
The courts are working on a plan to have Osterbrook sent to the Brentwood Recovery Home.
If that can be worked out, there's a possibility he will be granted bail.
Two hours have been set aside to deal with the matter.
Chatham-Kent police say they were contacted by the RCMP on Friday to follow up on the alleged threat that suggested Parliament would be blown up as part of a revolution.
Police arrested Osterbrook without incident Friday afternoon.
He is facing one count of hoax - terrorist activity and one count of uttering threats.
