Another downtown Windsor fire is believed to be arson.
Two people were arrested after a blaze at 539 Church Street around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday night.
Windsor firefighters rescued a person in the attic area of the third floor.
Two people were taken to hospital with unknown injuries.
The fire is being investigated by the arson squad.
Emmanuel Stamatakis, 44, from Windsor is charged with arson with disregard for human life, arson causing bodily harm, arson causing property damage and possessing incendiary material for arson.
Dean Stamatakis-Rockwood, 18, from Windsor was charged with arson with disregard for human life, arson causing bodily harm, and arson causing property damage.
There was also a fire at a house at 579 Church Street on Tuesday night.
